This is a busy market and its success depends on all of us working together with each other, the City, and the Craig Street Merchants. In order to facilitate working together a set of rules was established. By submitting your application and clicking “I have read and agree to the terms and conditions” you are agreeing to consistently follow all the market rules. Our volunteers and staff will be provided with incident reports to track any issues that arise, and the Market Coordinator will have the authority to make the final determination whether the incident report merits further discussion.
VENDOR RENTAL AGREEMENT
Vendors will be given one warning, and then asked to leave the market if they continue to break the rules.
DO NOT ARRIVE BEFORE 4:30pm. Early arrival will cause permanent removal from the market. We reserve the right to refuse any application. We reserve the right to reallocate any or all sites for the good of the Market as a whole. We reserve the right to limit the total number of vendors in each category and to decline anything deemed unfitting. Goods NOT permitted: secondhand or liquidation items, drugs, marijuana edibles, THC, CBD or drug paraphernalia, fireworks.
