The Oceanside Development and Construction Association is an association of central Vancouver Island developers, builders, contractors and consultants who are directly involved in the development and construction industries. The goals of the association are: to promote strong and stable economic development within Central Vancouver Island through the promotion of cost effective and sustainable development and building construction; to maintain an active dialogue with government agencies and local businesses; to educate association members on responsible and effective development practices; to promote principles of fairness and equity in the industry; and to participate in public forums that relate to the industry.
