Main Hall 1250 sf and occupancy of 118. 4 large meeting rooms with festival seating capacity of 59, classroom seating capacity for 40, banquet seating capacity for 36, large square/u-shaped table seating capacity for 30. 4 small offices where businesses and organizations can meet with their patients/clients/customers1 small board room for meetings of approximately 10 people1 kitchen facility and banquet serving area adjacent to one of our largest meeting roomsMost of these spaces can be rented for 2 hours, half-day, full-day, weekly, monthly. Daily Rate is a Maximum of 12 hours,(An additional hourly rate will be charged for bookings that exceed 12 hours);Not-For-Profit given 10% off total cost before taxes;All rentals include free wifi. Coffee and snacks service can be provided at a cost. Catering can be done through outside caterers of the renter’s choice. Setup / takedown fee includes tables, chairs and clean-up discount rates for nonprofits.
